It helps users manage the wider financial journey of their work, including jobs, client records, income, deductions, invoices, outstanding payments, reimbursements, tax estimates, cash transactions, reports and accountant collaboration.

Keep Track is available on iOS and Android and is designed for users in multiple countries.

Yes. Keep Track supports multiple languages so users can navigate the platform in their preferred available language.

Yes. Keep Track supports multiple currencies while allowing you to select one primary currency for dashboards, reports and financial summaries.

Foreign-currency activity retains both the original amount and the converted value in your chosen base currency.

Yes. Eligible Keep Track plans include invoicing tools that allow you to create and manage invoices using information already stored in your account.

Yes. Keep Track supports outstanding, partially paid and paid statuses so you can see what has been received and what remains due.

Yes. Reimbursable expenses can be tracked separately from ordinary job payments, helping you see what is still outstanding and what has already been reimbursed.

Yes. Keep Track provides dedicated areas for business and personal financial activity, helping you understand each clearly without combining them.

Eligible users can manage multiple accounts and move between them using Switch Account.

The Cash Wallet is a bookkeeping tool for tracking physical cash.

It allows you to record cash received, cash spent, cash jobs, cash movements and the amount of physical cash currently held.

It is not a bank account or payment service.

Keep Track does not require users to connect a bank account in order to manage their financial records.

No. Keep Track helps you record, organise and monitor payments, but it does not hold customer funds or operate as a bank account.

Plans and Pricing

Yes. Keep Track offers a Free plan for essential job and financial tracking.

Users who need additional business management, reporting, invoicing and accountant features can upgrade to Pro or Pro+.

Keep Track offers three plans:

Free for essential tracking.

Pro for more complete financial and business management.

Pro+ for users who also require advanced accountant collaboration and additional professional tools.

Yes. Paid Keep Track plans are available with monthly and annual billing options.

Annual subscriptions include the saving shown on the Pricing page.

Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing platform or app store used to purchase it.

Your paid access will continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated by the relevant platform.

Certain tools, reports or optional packs may be available separately for eligible users. Any additional cost will be clearly shown before purchase.

Tax, Reports and Accountants

Keep Track can estimate your Tax Reserve and VAT using the information and settings you provide.

These figures are intended to support financial planning and organisation. They do not constitute tax, legal or accounting advice.

No. Keep Track helps users organise financial information and prepare useful reports, but it does not submit tax returns on their behalf.

Yes. Eligible plans allow reports and financial data to be exported in supported formats, including PDF, CSV and Excel.

Yes. Eligible users can invite an accountant to access selected business information through Keep Track’s accountant tools.

The Accountant Pack is an organised collection of financial reports and records designed to make it easier to prepare information for your accountant.

Its availability depends on the plan or purchase option selected.

Yes. The Accountant Hub allows accountants to organise connections with multiple Keep Track clients from one professional workspace.

Each client retains control of their own account and the information they share.

Security and Support

Protecting user information is a priority.

Keep Track uses appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to help protect personal and financial information. Further details are available in the Privacy Policy and Security information.

Yes. You can request permanent account deletion through the available account settings.

Account deletion cannot be undone. Information may be retained where legally required, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
